Instructions

 

1.Entering the mold

Wipe the film release agent evenly on the surface of the core film.(it can also be replaced by soapy water or washing powder water to reduce costs.)

Pull the mandrel into the concrete cage with rope traction, and place the inflation nozzle outside.


2.Inflatable

Open the valve to inflate, and use a pressure gauge to control and monitor the air pressure when inflating.

When the air pressure reaches the operating pressure close the intake valve.

The special-shaped mandrel should be inflated alternately until the specified pressure is reached.

Be careful not to over pressure when inflating


3.Fixing and pouring concrete

When vibrating concrete, the mandrel will float upwards, so it must be fixed up, down, left and right.Generally the 250mm mandrel stirrup spacing is 80cm. If the diameter increases, the fixing distance will be reduced accordingly

The method of pouring concrete is basically the same as that of solid components. Pay attention to using high-frequency insertion or vibrating rods to vibrate from both sides at the same time to prevent the mandrel from shifting left and right, and the end of the vibrating rod should not touch the mandrel.


4.Demolition

When the concrete is initially set,open the valve to deflate and the mandrel can be pulled out, and the time depends on the cement number.


5.Rinse the airbag, test the water and check Storage and Maintenance

Rinse the mandrel with clean water after use, and place it in a ventilated and dry place when not in use, and keep away from oil, acid, and alkali.

Avoid sharp and hard objects when using on site.

After the capsule is removed from the mold each time immediately clean it with a brush (nylon brush) in tap water to remove the surface concrete to keep the surface of the capsule clean.

If the core mold has air leakage and the sealing film falls off, it can be polished with a grinding wheel at the place that needs to be repaired and the glue can be applied to cover the film for repair and the fiber tear can be covered with adhesive tape for repair.
