2.2.1 Construction preparation work before installation


2.2.1.1 Check the flatness of the contact parts between the dam bag and the bottom plate and end wall to ensure smoothness and no wear on the dam bag as a standard. Local high points are polished with a polisher, the anchor groove and the concrete surface of the floor are cleaned, the lower plate is polished, and the anchor bolts are cleaned, maintained, and greased.


2.2.1.2 Check whether there is any damage such as degumming or holes during the transportation of the dam bag. If there is any damage, repair it in time.


2.2.2 Installation program


Clean the bottom plate and anchor groove of the rubber dam - put the bottom gasket in place - water-stop sponge - put the dam bag in place - install the dam bag - level the reinforcing piece - put the anchor bolt upper pressure plate in place - lock the anchor nut ——Second grouting and anchor sealing


2.2.3 Construction methods


2.2.3.1 Before installation, work with the on-site supervision engineer to conduct a comprehensive inspection and cleaning of the dam bottom plate and anchor groove. The deviation between the size of the anchor groove and the required structural size should be controlled within the allowable range, and ensure that the flushing and drainage system is unobstructed.


2.2.3.2 The dam bottom plate and anchoring groove should be flushed clean and free of water accumulation.


2.2.3.3 Use ink lines or pull lines on the dam bottom plate to determine the dam axis, anchor line, and dam bag center line to ensure accurate installation positions.


2.2.3.4 Align the anchoring line of the anchoring groove, and fix the holes in the bolt lower plate to the bolts of the anchoring groove.


2.2.3.5 According to the design requirements, internal anchoring is used downstream and external anchoring is used upstream. The overall installation sequence is: downstream first, then upstream, from the middle to both sides, first in the middle and then on the side walls. Install the downstream from the center line of the dam bag to both sides at the same time, then turn the downstream folding collapse area upstream, align it with the center line of the dam bag and the upstream anchor line, and install the upstream and downstream to the end walls on both sides. The dam bag is unfolded and laid flat using a backhoe excavator in conjunction with manpower, and manual hoists are used on both sides to level and fix it on the top of the wall. During the installation process, it is necessary to arrange sufficient labor and set up special personnel to direct, so as to ensure lightness, stability and accuracy, and avoid wear and tear on the dam bag, concrete surface and embedded parts.


2.2.3.6 After the dam bag is stretched and laid flat, align the anchor lines with the bolts, drill holes with a drilling machine, and embed them into the bolts. In order to avoid the concentration of errors, the dam bag will have wrinkles, and the perforation should be strictly controlled. If there are errors, they will be distributed evenly.


2.2.3.7 After the dam bag is embedded in the bolt, place the padding reinforcement piece and upper pressure plate in time, so that the center line of the dam bag, anchor line and other points and surfaces overlap and match, then the nut can be locked. When tightening the nut, use a wrench to press the same torque Tighten the bolts one by one in stages, and generally determine the tightening status based on the dam bag installation and construction experience.


2.2.3.8 After the downstream anchoring of the dam bag is completed, carefully inspect the bottom gasket, water cap, etc. to ensure that they are correct before proceeding with the upstream anchoring.


2.2.3.9 After the dam bag anchorage installation is completed, the water filling test will be carried out after inspection and acceptance by the supervision engineer. The filling and drainage of the dam bag is carried out in three stages. ① After the dam bag is filled with water to a dam height of 1m, stop filling it and maintain it for no less than 1 hour for inspection; ② After filling the dam bag with water from 1m to 2m, stop filling and open it For the exhaust valve, close the exhaust valve after the dam bag is exhausted, and keep it for no less than 1 hour for inspection; ③ Fill the dam with water from 2m to 3.5m, stop filling, and keep it for no less than 24 hours for inspection; After a comprehensive inspection, it is found that there is no leakage on the surface of the dam bag and the anchor line, and the bag body is plump and smooth after being filled with water, and the filling and drainage system is stable and normal before drainage can be carried out to collapse the dam. After the dam bag collapses and the water filling test is passed, the anchor groove is sealed with mortar. After the appearance quality requirements are consistent with the concrete of the dam bottom plate, the surface is calendered and smoothed.
